The ECID consortium, led by Christian Aid, is currently recruiting for a consultancy team to undertake the final evaluation of its programme. If you have a strong expertise in evaluating complex consortium-led governance programmes, with a strong focus on gender equality and social inclusion, this could be the right opportunity for you.
The Evidence and Collaboration for Inclusive Development (ECID) programme was expected to be a three-year £9m multi-country programme (November 20191 – October 2022) working on building civil society effectiveness in Myanmar, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe, with a goal to increase access to essential services and participation in decision-making processes for the most marginalised people in all three countries. Due cuts in UK Aid spending the project is facing an early closure and all activities will be closing by the end of August 2021 and the evaluation is to be undertaken by August 31st, 2021 following the attached TOR.
If you are interested, please, submit your proposal by the 27/06/2021 midnight. For further details, see the TOR.
